Handstands

Workout:
4 rounds of:

100 ft. walking lunges (weighted)
30 box jumps
20 pullups

  1. read the workout wrong yesterday. did 5 rounds using two 15 lbs dumbbells for lunges and 15 lbs for pullups. finished 5 rounds in 26:02.

  2. performed 4 rounds of 400 meter run and 50 squats in 12:44 today.

  3. 18:30. 15 lbs dumbbells for lunges, tall box, pull ups with bands. the day i can do real pullups will be the beginning of a new muscle up club...the one for people who take half a year to progress to full pullups :)

  5. 20 some minutes 30 lbs for lunges, was weak on some of the box jumps my legs were so tired It felt like I couldn't make my body jump
    getting better on handstand push ups and Womack witnessed me do a full muscle up before class
