Workout:

Deadlift
3-3-3-1-1-1

then:
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
15 Box Jumps
15 Pushups

Lift heavy today. We don't get to do it that often so lets make it count.

Post deadlift weights and rounds complete to comments.

  2. Deadlift 3@95, 3@135, 3@185, 1@205, 1@225, 1@255. Set a pr today, last pr was 245 a few months ago.

    Performed 9 full rounds of pushups on my toes and boxjumps on the tall box.
