Push Press
5 sets x 3 reps

Then:
AMRAP in 10 minutes of
7 dips
7 situps
7 pullups

Do the push presses heavy, as heavy as you can manage for three reps. Use full range of motion. That means end up overhead not above head. Lock the barbell out at the top. Pick your weight and do it for five sets. Should be almost impossible to move the last rep of the last set, but get it done anyway.

  1. 70 lb presses. 6 rounds, dips on box, 2 banded pull ups. fairly certain i won't be able to move my arms tomorrow

  2. 105lbs push press. 8 rounds and 1 dip. started with ring dips switched to jumping ring dips (negatives) in round 4.
