  1. 18:50 had to switch to jumping ring dips half way through dips everything else as written.

  2. 19:52, I slowed down a ton on pull ups, I think I jumped the last 20 pull ups from the ground, also I did 5 ring dips, then 2 ring dips then had to do the remaininng 18 as jumping ring dips.
