  1. Set another PR today 305lbs deadlift. 12 rounds completed on the WOD. Tried to finish strong tonite. Taking a few weeks off from upper body workouts attempting to rest my elbow and shoulder enough to get rid of some of these little deamons that are holding me back a bit.

    10 squats w/ 2 30lb dbs
    15 sit ups
