Snatch Grip Deadlift

One arm DB floor press 15/arm
15 weighted situps @ 45#
15 Box Jumps

  2. 175lbs snatch grip; 6:49 today on the workout. Used 25lbs for presses and 45lbs for the situps. Barney, once again you were stronger and faster than me! Great work to everyone at the 9 and 5:30 class!!! Had fun! Goodluck to everyone competing tomorrow.
