Two rounds of:
Right arm barbell push-press 12 reps
Left arm barbell deadlift 12 reps
Run 800 meters
Left arm barbell push-press 12 reps
Right arm barbell deadlift 12 reps
Run 800 meters

  1. I liked this workout. So, I still suck at all the workouts but my goal for now is to finish in less than twice the acceptable time. My legs gave out during the first 400 meters, after that I just concentrated on staying upright.
