Last day of the HEAVY cycle. Wednesday we are going to start breathing heavily instead. Come in and set a record.

Back Squat 3 x 5
10 pullups between sets
Bench Press
3 x 5
Assistance :
3 x 25 squat
3 x 25 pushup
